Sculpture: Moreau “Young Woman Statue” 1850-1870

We present a beautiful Sculpture signed Moreau, depicting a female body in an elegant pose, Napoleon III period, France 19th Century 1850-1870 Belle Epoque Style.

The Sculpture depicts a young woman surrounded by a veil that she supports sitting on a bronze part holding flowering branches. 

The entire Sculpture rests on a red marble base, the hair is elegantly gathered and the curvature of the back highlights the sinuosity of the female body. 

Note the elegance and sweetness of the face of this rare and beautiful statue.
